As a previous Owner of Southeastern Appraisal Services and now a Licensed Realtor, my 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry lends itself greatly to buyers and sellers in today's market. Being involved with real estate appraising, I was exposed to the entire real estate process, including working with builders, mortgage brokers, lending institutions/banks and real estate agents. Now as the Broker of Cottage Door Realty, our team provides years of expertise to our clients as they go through the process of selling or buying their homes. In my spare time, my favorite things to do are to travel with my husband Scott, spend time with our family and 11 grandchildren, have fun with friends and give back to my community!
